Health Issue and Guiding Words from Jesus.

The previous post about the little girl and the message that she received in her heart from God inspired me to share this personal experience in a post.

I was praying to God for healing and guidance regarding a personal health issue that could have been very serious.  I asked for guidance and help as well as for healing.  Later on that day, I heard the Holy Spirit tell me loud and clear :

Fear Not, For The Body Seeks To Substantiate The Fear”.

Those were the most profound, powerful and comforting words.  I was able to release all the fear that I had, realizing that this fear  itself would have created the worst possible outcome.

My hope is that others who are facing health issues can be comforted with this message.

Banned from the Bible

This video is full of historical information. It is an eye opener. If you reflect on the information, you realize that nothing in this world is “crystal clear”.  Once man’s input enters the scene, corruption and deception always seem to follow. Watch what the Nicean council argued about . Listen to some of the unbelievable opinions that prevailed.  How reliable were these decisions made to forbid certain books from the Bible? What about Book of Jubilees and Book of Enoch? What is the Book of Wisdom? Are we deprived of the missing information solely from the whims, agendas and the decisions of the leadership – fellow men? Many books were omitted simply because they couldn’t decide where to “place” them in the Bible – the order of the books vs. the inclusion of books became the point of contention among the leadership at the time.

A “Rood” Awakening

Fellow blogger Pete Rambo, from natsab, recommended  some videos in one of his comments on this site.  The videos are a series of presentations by Michael Rood. They are absolutely fantastic – biblical history, Jewish history and Rood also brings the “gentile” Christian into the true Jewish perspective and foundation of Christianity.

This video is about Sodom and Gomorrah. A compelling and fascinating journey to the ruins of the brimstone.

Michael Rood also created a wonderful presentation about the Temple of Solomon.  This was truly an eye opener…I never realized how immersed in a pagan infrastructure we (modern-day Christians) are.  Please watch! They are extremely informative, presenting many extremely important facts and intricacies about the foundations of the apostles and the followers of Christ, the very first Christians, that are not normally “available” to the  Western “Gentile” believers that are unfortunately and unknowingly caught in the “Christian system” that has established itself in the west.

An Anime Series for the children( and the whole family!) – Flying House Episode 1

Christian Broadcast Network distributes a 52 episode anime series for children. It is a wonderful series of Christian Animation depicting the adventures of three children, a robot, a professor and a time machine that takes them back into many historical periods including the times of the New Testament, where they are able to see some of the Bible in action.

Personally, I haven’t seen all the episodes, but I thought that I would share this along for those looking for something good/decent for their children to watch!

A MINI SOLAR SYSTEM HEADED OUR WAY, THE BOOK OF REVELATIONS AND PROJECT WORMWOOD

I came across this video on you tube about Niburu.

The video does not address the cosmic events from a Christian perspective, but rather, it is a video focusing on science. It presents the crisis developing with the arrival of this incoming cosmic body, focusing on the role of governmental preparation, the lack of information provided to society, crisis management, preparation, survival and time frames.

At approximately 00:26 the speaker mentions the Wormwood Location in Australia where astronomers (military and professional astronomers) are gathering.

Wormwood. It sounded so familiar. Wormwood??

This is why wormwood sounded so familiar:

10 And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell   pon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;

11 And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.

(Revelations, 8 : 10 – 11 )  KJV

Why did they name this project after the verse of the third trumpet?

The word ‘chernobyl” in Russian means wormwood, actually mugwort, but both mugwort and wormwood are of the Artemisia family. Chernobyl could have been the fulfillment of this part of the Revelations.

If the third trumpet was Chernobyl, can we be looking at the fourth and fifth trumpets now?

What is this ‘solar system’ that is coming with few surviving it’s impact?

Is it bringing the “locusts” of the fifth trumpet?

The fifth trumpet

Are the astronomers at Wormwood anticipating the arrival of the troops of the sixth trumpet?  Look at this connection:

Nibiru (also transliterated NeberuNebiru) is a term in the Akkadian language, translating to “crossing” or “point of transition”, especially of rivers,[1]i.e. river crossings or ferry-boats

1And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,

14 Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.

15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.

16 And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.  (Rev 9: 13 -16) KJV

The angels were bound at the river Euphrates.

Does that mean a crossing of the river is imminent? Niburu?

Is the solar system apparently headed our way the horsemen preparing for” an hour, and a day, and a month and a year”?

I realized these connections today and decided to post them. I have never made these connections to Revelations myself before.  They may be relevant, or they may have been already obvious to many and I am just catching on.  Or they may be completely off target. I don’t know. But I needed to share this.

‘Baby Box’ Pastor Rescues Unwanted Korean Infants – World – CBN News – Christian News 24-7 – CBN.com

Hundreds of unwanted babies are abandoned on the streets of Seoul, South Korea, every year. Many of them do not survive………Above a “Baby Box” on a normal residential street in Seoul, South Korea, is a sign that says “place to leave babies.”  A thick towel covers the bottom, and lights and heating keep a baby comfortable. A bell rings when someone puts a baby in the box.  Then a helper comes to immediately move the infant inside.

Bible Reading for Children

The Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America has a wonderful site that allows children to hear and see the Bible stories – in an easy to use application that they will find enjoyable and entertaining.

It is called the Children’s Bible Reader Online. Here is the link.

I realize that many people reading this post may not belong to the Orthodox Church. However, I believe that the Word, the Holy Bible is what unites all Christians.  Today we have to focus less on the dogmatic and cultural differences of the different fellowships and see if members of all fellowships can praise the Lord and follow the teachings of Jesus Christ in harmony.

So in essence, we are all being called out to live our life in Christ, to live according to his laws, and to honor the Scriptures as eternal truth.

I happen to come from the Orthodox Church, but I also learn from and enjoy listening to many brothers and sisters in Christ from many different denominations.  We may have differences, but we are all in this together.

May the Peace of the Lord be with us all during these troubled times.

The Message from Peter

Petrus Romanus seems to be in the news now more than ever as the world waits to see if the prophecy of Malachy will be fulfilled with the assignment of the next Pope. Is he the Pope of the End Times?

Petrus is the name or the ‘identity’ of the last Pope according to Malachy, named after Peter, the Apostle.

What timing for this prophecy.  The story of Peter is exactly what is happening today.

The whole spirit of Peter’s writings and his story are also more relevant than ever in our midst.  His message springs forward to me at this time as something addressing our present day situation.  Themes of persecution, wavering faith, doubt, weakness, solidity, foundations are surfacing today more than ever. He addresses the challenge of believing that which you know to be true, but that you can’t “see”.

There are power surges of faith happening throughout the world. Some people are just waking up to the truth of Christ, feeling the heat of the moment, some are embracing their faith more fervently, seekers are now actively seeking more light while others are being persecuted for their faith in many countries. We are seeing people today chastised and ridiculed for their faith in countries which were built on Christian principles.  This surge of faith is not able to permeate everywhere yet.  We are also seeing a strong current of lukewarm believers, who want to believe, but are being carried downstream by a strong rush of current, sourcing from deceit and Godlessness that is permeating society. These people are either too weak to withstand the current or they are too afraid to speak up for what they believe in and to go against the grain.

These spiritual states of being are not new to humanity. This state of affairs is very similar to the conditions that were experienced by the early Christians.  Some were strong, some were weak and many were persecuted.  All had to contend with tremendous forces of anti Christian sentiment and Godlessness  permeating all aspects of their lives and corrupting society at that time. Peter addressed this situation in his writing to the followers of Christ who were in Asia Minor – an area which was wrought with the persecution of these early Christians.

Peter is the English form of the name Petros (Petrus in Latin) which comes from the Greek word “petra” meaning Rock.  Peter was God’s rock. Jesus chose Peter to be His rock. Christ was able to see solid foundation even when we can only see weakness.

St. Peter Denying Christ, by Gustave Doré

Peter displayed human weakness.  He wavered – he first proclaimed Christ as the Savior, the Messiah , before the others did, and yet Peter also disowned Christ three times. (Luke 22: 54 -71)    Despite that, Peter became his Rock, giving him the keys to Paradise. Christ understood and saw beyond the human condition that is visible to us.

English: Christ Handing the Keys to St. Peter ...

The wavering was meant to happen then. Christ knew about it before it happened. And that wavering still happens today, on a small and a grand scale.  People are easily led to waver in all facets of their lives.  We even see churches having wavered, being steered away from Christ.  Peter bitterly cried over the way he denied Christ the night that Christ was seized. Christ however knew the depth of the faith that Peter had in his heart.

That is so relevant to us today because Christ is giving us all the opportunity to be accepted in His Kingdom, in His Heart, giving us a clear path to salvation and eternal life, even though we waver, we are weak and we are vulnerable. He sees what is in our hearts and wants us to live through that faith alone – not by the worldly principles. In this world, but not of this world. That is a difficult task with all of the temptation and deceit that prevails in the world, but what a small task when we see the tremendous sacrifice that He made for us.

Peter’s letters give sound advice for us to be able to withstand any forces that may cause us to waver in our faith, in our heart.

Peter wrote to those who were slandered, humiliated, alienated and even persecuted for the belief in Christ.  Although they were written then, like all that is written in the Scriptures, his letters are still “alive” and speak to the issues facing Christians today.

Today we see the persecution of Christians in many forms throughout the world.  Being Christian is targeted in so many ways in today’s world.

Click on the link below and listen to Peter’s letter. He gives advice, encouragement and wisdom that we should keep in mind constantly.

He talks about things that are issues for many of us today.  Peter talks about having to submit to authority that is unjust and cruel. He talks about the strength needed to stay firm to your beliefs in a Godless society. The society that the first  receivers of this letter lived in was a pagan one, and they persecuted the Christians.  The conditions then however were very similar in many ways to the conditions that prevail in the world now.

Here is an audio version of the  first letter of  Peter.

Around the Wicket Gate

Charles Spurgeon was a 19th century London preacher. He had a revolutionary appeal in his radical preaching, standing up against liberal theology of the time.  When he preached, he drew amazing numbers of people to hear him.  His language and his style were great talents.

His sermons and his commentaries are valuable to all Christians even today.  He wrote a book called Around the Wicket Gate.

It addressed the issues of being a lukewarm Christian.  He addresses those who want to know Jesus, want to approach God, but haven’t made any “moves”.  The book is for those who he says “linger outside the gate” – resisting His call, suffering from doubts or fears.

Even though the book is written in the 19th century, so it obviously has a Victorian ring –  but it is not difficult at all to understand.  On the contrary, it is one of the books that all Christians  will enjoy and should share with others.

You can read the book at the link below.

Around the Wicket Gate.

The Beauty of Creation. His Glory surrounds us in His works.

Lift up your eyes on high,
And see who has created these things,
Who brings out their host by number;
He calls them all by name,
By the greatness of His might
And the strength of His power;
Not one is missing.
